Production comes first

Everything we sell is decorated to order in South Delta, BC. Standard production is about 10 business days, then shipping time on top. For team stores, production starts after the store's order window closes — the store page will tell you the expected delivery date. Need it faster? Rush service is available on bulk orders: sales@localcustom.ca.

Rates

• Canada: $11.99 flat rate, free on orders over $150
• US & international: calculated at checkout. Any duties or import taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility.

Free local pickup

Most team stores offer free pickup at the school or organization. If pickup is available for your order, you'll see the option at checkout and get an email with instructions when it's ready.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can usually fix it before the order ships. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping postage applies).

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. We won't leave you hanging.
