About Local Custom

Local Custom is a decorated-apparel shop in Tsawwassen, BC. We take your logo and a garment and turn them into finished, wearable gear — printed, pressed, stitched, and checked by hand in our own shop in South Delta.

What we make

Screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and sublimation — on anything from a single tee to a 10,000-piece run. Hoodies, tees, crewnecks, polos, hats, jerseys and more. If it can be decorated, we can help you build it.

How we work

Most decorators make you source your own blanks, juggle suppliers, and sort out the logistics yourself. We handle it end to end. We hold direct accounts with the major Canadian and US apparel wholesalers and can bring in styles that aren't stocked locally, so you don't have to shop around.

Send us your artwork and we take it from there — we prep the files, lay out the design, and send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed. Artwork prep is free. Once you approve, standard production is ten business days, with rush available when you're up against a deadline.

Built for teams, schools & clubs

A lot of what we do is spirit wear and team gear. We build free online storefronts for schools, sports associations, and clubs: your members order and pay online, we print, and there's no upfront cost, no inventory to manage, and no order spreadsheets to chase. We've built stores for Ladner Minor Baseball, the DSS Pacers, Eric Hamber Griffins, Neilson Grove Griffins, Sibylla Kiddle School, and more.
